The Job:

• Execute on strategic plans to exceed sales targets and grow share among existing customer base
• Prospecting new business by conducting research to identify the opportunities and enhance the market share
• Collaborate with the Business Development & Marketing team to implement strategies and value-added programs by leveraging internal resources in identifying and capitalizing on trends and opportunities
• Effectively partner with major retailers and designers in identifying market trends, opportunities and presenting solutions
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the brands and markets in order to translate market trends and customer needs into actionable goals that create competitive advantages

Requirement:

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines (Fresh-graduate will be also considered)
• 2+ years working experience
• Strong strategic thinking skills, including short and long-term account planning
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
